Kevin Crenshaw: Highly recommended standardized extract

This is my go-to herb during the winter season when colds, flu, and other bad things are going around. The label says fruit but it s actually a standardized extract. This brand has proven super-effective and helpful for me. You can find numerous scientific studies online regarding the effects of elderberry extract, including at NIH.gov, search for them and be astounded. For my body at least, this brand matches the results in the studies. One or two capsules every four hours and I m good to go.
