Rescue Dogs: Really nice, but I had 2 problems

This loveseat is beautiful. I ordered apple green it is the prettiest color. The linen/ textured fabric looks rich. The seat is very firm - which I is exactly what I wanted. I am 5'8" I can lay sideways on this to watch TV with my legs hanging slightly off one end. It is the perfect size for my living space. Now - the problems which no one else will hopefully have - one of the screw on legs had a big chip out of it. I painted it it is undetectable now. The other BIG problem - the back rest panel should slide easily into the brackets in the seat base. One slid right in - no effort whatsoever, the other bracket would NOT GO IN. UGH. So annoying. I worked at it for about 30 minutes, tapping/ pounding it in, got it about 80 of the way in. I am sure I won't be able to 'un' attach the back panel now. This was a huge disappointment. The seller was quick to offer to return/ replace, but it's way too much trouble. Otherwise - I can see why people give this 5 stars - it really is a nice loveseat, it is beautiful.
