I put this product in my concoction of tea which consists of ginger, turmeric,green tea, lemon, cinnamon, cayenne pepper,Elderberry, and Emergen-C raspberry. I also put sugar less tea or drink mix to sweeten. Say what you will this help me during this crisis situation to benefit my compromised health. I swear by Elderberry after I promised myself never to take another flu shot after having taken one and got so sick I felt like I was dying...REALLY. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.
